International Orders

To place an order requiring delivery outside of the continental United States, contact The Phi Theta Kappa Store at 800.946.9996, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, CT.

Delivery Time

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing and delivery of merchandise.

Express Shipping

All Express Shipping orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CT (Monday through Friday) will be processed the next business day. All Express Shipping orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and otherwise noted holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Express Shipping Time and Costs (including S&H)

As part of our service commitment, we have developed an express shipping system that will ship products to you in 24 to 48 hours. This Express Shipping Charge is in addition to the Regular Shipping Costs outlined. If you require Expedited Saturday Delivery, please contact an associate at The Phi Theta Kappa Store by calling 800-946-9996 for availability and a quote.

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.

All orders shipped to Canada may incur taxes imposed by the Canadian Government at the time of delivery.

All Shipping & Handling charges are subject to change.

Textbooks can be returned within 90 days of original purchase. Textbooks must be in the original shrink-wrapped condition. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee accessed to all returned textbooks.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with any Phi Theta Kappa purchase you make. If you should have a problem with any item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to exchange/replace it for another item. Please include a copy of the original packing slip and the return form. No refunds will be given on graduation regalia. All Sales are Final.

The Return Slip (PDF) must be completed and included with the item(s) you are returning.
