The Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise scholarship program provides new Phi Theta Kappa members with financial resources to help defray educational expenses while enrolled in an associate degree program to develop leadership potential through participation in Phi Theta Kappa programs. The program awards up to 200 scholarships of $1,000 each, a total of $200,000 in scholarships annually. Of these awards, 25 scholarships are earmarked for current members of the military or military veterans.

Eligibility - Students MUST:

• Be currently enrolled through December 2021 in a minimum of six (6) semester credit hours [or nine (9) quarter credit hours] of associate degree, college-level coursework at the time of application.
• Be a Phi Theta Kappa member in good standing.
• Hold a minimum of a 3.50 cumulative GPA out of a possible 4.0 on all college-level coursework at the time of application.
• Have completed 12-36 semester credit hours of college-level coursework (or the quarterly equivalent) by January 31, 2021.
• NOT hold an associate or bachelor's degree from any college.
• Hold temporary or permanent residency in the country of the college the student is attending OR must possess a visa considered appropriate by the college.

The Phi Theta Kappa Global Leaders of Promise scholarship program provides new Phi Theta Kappa members who are international students with financial resources to help defray educational expenses while enrolled in an associate degree program to develop leadership potential through participation in Phi Theta Kappa programs. Applicants must be eligible for the Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise scholarship program and will apply on the same application.
