Regional leaders may write about their activities completed from January to December. Regions may submit entries in as many as 3 categories outlined in the Regional Awards for Excellence Roadmap. Awards will be presented at Phi Theta Kappa’s annual convention PTK Catalyst held in the spring.
The online Hallmark Award applications are available at http://my.ptk.org starting in the fall.
Once apps are available, Regional Coordinators and advisors have immediate access. However, Regional Coordinators must provide their regional officers access to the Regional Awards for Excellence applications by reporting them to Headquarters as Hallmark Awards Delegates using these instructions.
